The Y is a cause for strengthening community. That’s why we’re here working with you every day, making sure that you, your family and community have the resources and support you need to learn, grow and thrive.
With a focus on developing the potential of kids, improving individual health and well-being, and giving back and supporting our neighbors, your membership will bring about meaningful change not just within yourself, but in your community too.
Increase energy, decrease stress, prevent illness, maintain a healthy weight, find personal balance, and enjoy quality time with family and friends... at the Y! We combine spirit, mind, and body in an integrated approach to well-being that goes beyond just fitness. We believe small changes in a person's lifestyle can produce great results. We'll work with you to establish personal goals - creating healthier habits, one small step at a time.
Most importantly, your Y membership shows that you're not just a member of a facility, you're part of a cause. With a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of youth, improving health and well-being, and giving back to our neighbors, your membership will bring about meaningful change not just in yourself, but in our community.

Stop by the Welcome Center at any time to sign up for the membership rate that is right for you. Memberships are sold on an annual basis. You can pay for your membership in full via check, cash, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or MASTERCARD, or put down an initial payment and authorize the YMCA to make monthly withdrawals via bank draft or credit card. The bank draft system allows members to have their checking or savings account automatically debited each month. Choose either the 1st or the 15th of the month for your fund transfer. Monthly withdrawals may be cancelled by completing a cancellation form 30 days in advance of the next scheduled withdrawal. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note that these rates are affective December 1, 2016 through November 30, 2017.
Through Corporate Membership at the North Central Missouri YMCA, employees can get fit, stay fit and save money. If you would like more information about the benefits of Corporate Memberships, please contact Brandie Mattox, Membership Director at (660) 258-2388.
Health Insurance Benefits
Your health insurance company may help pay a portion of your YMCA membership fees! The Y partners with several insurance providers to offer discounts, reimbursements, or even free membershipa to help you invest in your health. Each program is different and is specific to the insurance company and policy. To find out if you qualify for special pricing options, simply call the number on the back of your insurance card or speak to your local insurance agent.
Daily use lockers are available free of charge. Members, however, may choose to rent a locker for long term use.
Always Welcome at YMCAs
Your North Central Missouri membership card is "Always Welcome at YMCAs" across the nation and around the world. Most YMCA's will honor your card for free or for a nominal guest fee. The North Central Missouri YMCA honors all YMCA members visiting from out of town when presenting their active membership card. Members from outside Missouri are limited to 8 visits per year.
Missouri Reciprocal Membership
Missouri's YMCAs have partnered together to bring Reciprocal Membership to all full facility YMCA Members in Missouri! When you join the North Central Missouri YMCA, you're welcome at all participating Missouri Ys. Facility and program discounts apply! Visit our Welcome Center or click here for more information.
Share the Y with Your Family
Every Y member receives a free guest pass each year. Please share these passes with your friends and family who are interested in using the YMCA. Although we encourage you to join your guests while they visit, it is not required. Guests may visit our facility a maximum of three times per year before they must purchase a membership or day pass.
Are you expecting family from out of town? The Y is a great place for families to spend time together. If you're a member, your grandchildren visiting from outside our service area (Livingston, Daviess, Grundy, Linn, Chariton, Carroll, and Caldwell Counties) may come to the Y with you for free. Your adult family members from out of the area are just $2. Family members who live nearby or who wish to visit the Y on their own will need to purchase a day pass at the regular rate of $7 for adults, $4 for children (ages 0-17), or $12 for families.
