Your Y membership gives you access to a wide variety of discounted cardio, strength and flexibility classes including Cycle, Muscular Strength & Range of Movement, Zumba, PiYo, Workout on Weights, Max Fit, and Strength Train Together - MOSSA Group Power.

Fitness Equipment

Fitness passes must be purchased each session. Passes cost $25 for members / $50 for program participants. This is an unlimited pass good for all classes (excluding MOSSA Group Power & Cycle). You may take as many classes as you like in the current session and at the end of the session, the pass will expire.

Fitness Passes: $25 for Members / $50 Program Participants
Drop In Fees: $3 for 1 class or $5 for 2 classes for Members /  $5 for 1 class or $8 for 2 classes for Program Participants
Scholarship participants may purchase a fitness pass at half price.

SPECIAL - Sign up for any class for full price and receive the second class for 1/2 price. This applies to Strength Train Together - MOSSA Group Power, Cycle and Fitness passes.


Come spin with us! Burn 400-600 calories in just 45 minutes while improving your cardiovascular fitness, boosting your mood, and causing minimal impact to your joints. No coordination required.

Class Times: Monday/Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 am or 5:30-6:15 pm and Tuesday/Thursdays from 4:30-5:15 pm.

 Strength Train Together - MOSSA Group Power

Strength Train Together combines traditional strength with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger. High-rep training, athletic movements, and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout. Add to this dynamic and motivational music and it simply is the most fun you'll have strength training.
Cost: $25 for Members / $50 for Program Participants (5 weeks)
Class Times:  Monday/Wednesdays from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm and Tuesday/Thursdays from 5:00am-6:00am

Class size is limited.  Class fees be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

All classes are suited for beginner-advanced. Modifications available. Ages 14 and up. Register at the YMCA or on-site.

With one of our two free programs for our members! Learn how to use the cardio or strength equipment or both! Call to make an appointment for a Weight Orientation or our Personal Fitness Program. Both are FREE to our members.

Fitness Equipment Orientation - Instruction of equipment, strength training benefits and etiquette are offered. Guidelines on how to create your own program will be given, as well as how to properly use the equipment. Please inquire at the front desk for an appointment. Free to all members.

Personal Training - Let a certified personal trainer lead you through a one-on-one workout. You will get personal attention throughout each session to ensure you perform all exercises safely and effectively. Personal training sessions are designed to meet your goals and progressively increase your fitness level. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Contact Vicky Burns to register and schedule your appointment. The cost is $15 per hour.

Lifestyle Assessment - Get a fitness test to evaluate your cardio respiratory fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The test involves a step test, sit-and-reach test, half sit-up test, bench press, and skin fold measures to calculate percentage of body fat.
