 Christian Zumba

The Latin dance craze that is sweeping the nation. This class combines energy and motivating Christian music with unique moves and easy to follow combinations.


Move through a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistant, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


This low-impact, high intensity workout combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. And with cranked up speed and fluid transitions, this class get your strength sweat, and stretch on-in each workout.

Workout on Weights

A total-body workout developing strength and endurance, stamina, and range of motion. This class is held upstairs in the weight room.

Chair Exercise & Stretch

This class is designed for anyone wanting to increase mobility & flexibility using range of motion with a full body stretch for better health and well being.


Join this exciting and athletic format workout that takes a sport conditioning approach and combines Punch & Kick sequences with drills, for a multi-level, fun and heart-healthy workout!
