SilverSneakers

Move through a variety of exercises to increase muscular strength and range of movement. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistant, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Workout on Weights

A total-body workout developing strength and endurance, stamina, and range of motion. This class is held upstairs in the weight room.

Chair Exercise & Stretch

This class is designed for anyone wanting to increase mobility & flexibility using range of motion with a full body stretch for better health and well being.

Kickboxing

Join this exciting and athletic format workout that takes a sport conditioning approach and combines Punch & Kick sequences with drills, for a multi-level, fun and heart-healthy workout!

Pound

Sculpt & Rock with Pound! It’s the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and fun of playing the drums.

Bootcamp

This HIIT style workout is done in stations at your own pace and includes endurance, strength, cardio, and abdominal exercises all in one. Bring a friend to have a partner in the stations.

This class combines traditional strength exercises with the hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger.
