Church League Softball

Who: Men & Women (16yrs or older)
Cost: $175 per team, due in full at registration
Games Begin: (Friday evenings) June 2nd
Times: Friday evenings starting at 6pm
Where: Marceline Fields
Mandatory Managers Meeting: Thursday, May 18 6:00pm @ YMCA
Registration Deadline: May 15th

Adult Coed Volleyball League

Who: Men and Women (16 and over)
When: Game Schedule playing Tuesdays October 4- November 8 (6 weeks)
Cost: $75 team fee ( no t-shirt included)
Registration: September 1-September 26 - Payment must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Team Requirements: Minimum 7, maximum 12 per team. Must be 16 years or older to play. Each team is responsible to provide a referee during other games and a team captain to be in charge during season.

When: Sunday afternoons from March 5 - April 2
{4 weeks & single elimination tournament}
Cost: $275 per team, due in full at time of registration
Age: 16+ Years

Martial Arts Classes

The program is open to adults and children, focuses on traditional teaching of kicking, basic technique forms. Training and self defense for all ages (ages 5 and up). Interested in registering? Come to class on Monday/Wednesday and we can get your registered!

Time: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Fee: $30 for Members / $40 for Program Participants
Fee is per month.

Tai Chi

This program is offered right after Martial Arts only on Wednesdays.
If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, consider tai chi (TIE-CHEE). Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

When: Wednesday
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Fee: $5 per class
